Regional Sales Manager - Ontario - Ontario

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing the regional sales team to meet/exceed company sales goals.
Responsibilities
* Achieves or exceeds regional sales results (sales vs objectives, mkt. share, growth etc.) through the analysis of various performance reports and implementation of appropriate actions.
* Directs the delivery of regional promotional effort (# targeted details/product and reach and frequency vs objectives, marketing programs achievements, hospital formulary coverage, message delivery, project management etc.)
* Performance and Talent management - Recruits, develops, appraises and directs regional sales staff to ensure highly motivated and top-performing district sales management & sales personnel Identifies and recommends regional sales and access opportunities in cooperation with their RAM and RBM.
* Ensures compliance by regional sales staff with BICL policies, in particular adverse event reporting, Rx&D and PAAB codes.
Qualifications
* University degree (Science or Business preferred)
* Minimum of 5 years combined of sales management and marketing / internal experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Very strong abilities in the following areas: leadership, change management, coaching/training/development, verbal and written communication, analytical skills, organization and time management,facilitation skills.
